1.1. This policy is the privacy policy of the Eve Medics website, owned by Eve Medics Ltd., Company No. 517028833 (the “Company”). It provides information regarding the data collected by the Company and the way in which the Company uses the information provided to it and collected by it through the website (as defined below), by telephone or by any other means (collectively: the “Policy” or “this Policy”).

1.2. This Privacy Policy applies to any viewing and/or use of the website at:

in any means of communication (the “Website”).

1.3. This Privacy Policy forms part of the Website’s Terms of Use, which are available on the Website (the “Terms of Use”), and therefore must be read together with them. Terms defined in the Terms of Use will have the same meaning in this Privacy Policy, as applicable.

1.4. By using the Website, you consent to the Company’s use of information about you, all as set out in this Privacy Policy. In this context, any reference to you or to data you are required to provide shall be understood accordingly.

1.5. The Company may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time, including to reflect technological, business, legal or regulatory changes. In any case where changes are made to this Privacy Policy that reflect material changes, the Company will actively notify users, by customary means where possible, including by email or prominent notice on the Website. The date of the last update to this Privacy Policy will appear at the top of this page; therefore, you should review the Privacy Policy before each use of the Website. Unless stated otherwise, any change to the Privacy Policy will take effect immediately upon its publication on the Website as part of this Privacy Policy.

1.6. Before continuing to use the Website, please read this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use carefully. If you do not agree to one or more of the terms set out herein, you must immediately cease using the Website. Continued use of the Website constitutes your informed and explicit consent to these terms.

1.7. All definitions and terms in this Privacy Policy will have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Use, unless the context requires otherwise.

1.8. This Privacy Policy is written in the masculine form for convenience only and is intended for all genders. Likewise, any use of the singular form shall be deemed to include the plural, and vice versa.

  1. Collection of Personal Information and Purposes of Use

2.1. In the course of using the Website, you may be asked to provide certain personal details such as: full name and/or full company name, telephone number, company number, email address and more. These details will be transferred to and stored in the Company’s database in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Protection Law, 1981 (the “Law”).

2.2. You are not legally obliged to provide these details and their provision is voluntary and based on your free consent. However, some of the details are mandatory, in the sense that without providing them you may not be able to perform certain actions on the Website (together: the “Provision of Information”). Fields that are mandatory will be clearly and prominently marked as such. The Company will only request the information necessary for the purpose of contacting you and providing the service.

2.3. You agree and confirm that the details you have provided to the Company, as well as information that will be collected about you during your use of the Website or in the course of your engagement with the Company (the “Data”), will be stored and processed in the Company’s database. The Data will be used solely for the purposes of the database, including: direct mailing, contacting the customer, provision of service and support, data analysis for marketing purposes, service improvement, sales management and customer acquisition, all in accordance with applicable law (the “Database Purposes”).

2.4. You declare and undertake that all information you provide and/or update on the Website is correct, reliable and accurate, and that you are providing it in your own name and/or in the name of a company you are authorised to represent, and not in the name of and/or on behalf of any third party, except where you have been expressly authorised to do so. The information you have provided, including as a guest user without a full registration process, as well as any additional information accumulated about you and your actions via the Website, will be stored in the Company’s database as described above and will be used in accordance with the Database Purposes and with this Privacy Policy and/or applicable law.

2.5. The Company collects and processes in its information systems such information as is required in order to provide you, as a user of the Website, with the services and/or products presented on it, while protecting the Company’s legitimate interests, all in accordance with the Law. As a rule, you are under no legal obligation to provide the information. However, failure to provide information may prevent the Company from providing you with complete information regarding its products and/or services.

2.6. In addition, during your use of the Website, information about you will be collected as follows:

a. Personal details – Information is provided by you on the Website when you register or submit details. You will be asked to provide personal information about yourself and contact details, such as your name and/or the name of the company you are authorised to represent, company number, email address, telephone number, etc. Some of these details will be marked as “mandatory fields”; if you do not provide them, you will not be able to complete the requested action.

b. Activity on the Website – The Company records your activity on the Website, the pages you visit, the time and date of your access, any mailing messages you receive, and more.

c. Data about your browsing device – When you use the Website, the Company (and/or anyone on its behalf) collects and stores information received from you and from your activity on the Website, including your IP address, device identifier, browser type and similar information.

d. Documents – Information may also be collected through documents you provide to us.

e. Authorised parties – Personal information may be collected directly from you as the user, or through a person acting on your behalf, such as a representing attorney, guardian or any duly authorised proxy.

2.7. For the avoidance of doubt, you are under no legal obligation to provide any information to the Company. Its provision is subject to your free will and consent. However, if you choose not to provide certain information, your user experience on the Website may be impaired and/or some of the Website’s features may not be available to you.

2.8. The information you provide is used by the Company to provide you with information about the Company’s products and/or services. Therefore, inaccurate information provided by you will affect the information you receive from the Company when using the Website and/or when receiving information about the products and/or services, including the ability to contact you as defined in this Privacy Policy.

2.9. Without derogating from the above, subject to your providing your contact details to the Company and your consent to receive direct mailings and marketing messages, the Company may from time to time send you, by email and/or other means of communication you have provided, information regarding its products and services, as well as other marketing and promotional information. You may at any time withdraw your consent and stop receiving such information by using the “unsubscribe” link that will appear at the bottom of each message, by replying with the word “remove” (or equivalent) in the same manner used to send the message, or by contacting the Company as specified herein.

  1. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

3.1. The Company will take reasonable and customary measures to protect personally identifiable information of users, such as their name and identifying details, except in the following cases:

a. Upon your request and/or with your explicit consent;

b. As part of cooperation with companies that have a business relationship with the Company (as approved by you prior to the transfer of your information);

c. In any case in which you have breached the Terms of Use, including this Privacy Policy, and/or attempted to perform, directly or indirectly through anyone on your behalf, any action in connection with the Website that is contrary to the Terms of Use, this Privacy Policy or any applicable law;

d. Where the transfer of your details is required to complete a request and/or inquiry made by you, and/or to provide a service and/or process a payment on your behalf;

e. Pursuant to a judicial order instructing the Company to disclose your information to third parties;

f. In connection with any dispute, claim, demand and/or legal proceedings between you and/or anyone on your behalf and the Company and/or anyone on its behalf;

g. If the Company believes, based on reasonable and substantiated grounds, that disclosure of your information is necessary to prevent serious damage to the Company’s property and/or reputation, to you and/or to third parties, or to prevent other significant harm, at the Company’s sole discretion;

h. If the Company transfers and/or assigns its activity and/or its rights and obligations towards you to a third party, provided that such third party (whose identity shall be approved by you) undertakes to comply with applicable law and this Privacy Policy and acts as an authorised data holder or processor.

The above does not detract from the Company’s right to transfer to third parties non-personal information that does not identify you by name and/or directly by your identifying details.

3.2. You hereby agree that, for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, the Company may transfer information to third parties (whose identity has been approved by you), who may use the information transferred to them for the same purposes described in this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, for the purpose of providing services to the Company (such as IT and data processing services, advertising on the Website, clearing and payment services, shipping services, direct mailing, etc.) and for activities that support the provision of services (such as lawyers, accountants, business development and other consultants). Such parties may also store the information in their own databases. The Company will not be liable for any use made by such third parties of the information. If the Company undergoes a structural change, transfer of control, sale of activity, merger or similar transaction with a third party (whose identity has been approved by you), the Company may transfer any information in its possession to that third party in connection with the business activity of the Website.

  1. Confidentiality, Data Security and Encryption

4.1. The Company undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the personal information in its possession and to ensure that any person acting on its behalf is bound in writing to keep such information confidential and to refrain from using it except in the performance of their duties and for the purpose for which the information was provided.

4.2. The submission of information on the Website and/or its collection during browsing and use of the Website are secured by TLS and/or SSL protocols, which are standard in online commerce and enable encryption of information transmitted over the internet so that it cannot be read and/or identified during transmission.

4.3. The Company uses technological information security measures in accordance with the law. To this end, the Company implements advanced security tools to prevent the loss of personal information, damage to its integrity, unauthorised access or unlawful alteration, and follows industry standards, including: limiting direct access by third parties to the database; managing and limiting access authorisations to the Company’s information systems; password management; implementing user identification and authentication mechanisms; installing firewalls; encrypting personal information transmitted over communication networks; logging access to the database and security events that may indicate harm to data integrity or unauthorised use; periodic backups; adopting procedures and mechanisms to ensure recovery of personal data; and conducting periodic audits of compliance with this Policy.

The Company also takes precautions against online fraud, as it is a potential target for fraud attempts by various actors in Israel and worldwide. Accordingly, the Company recommends that you browse the Internet using a secure browser, ensure that your browser’s communication components are up to date, update them as needed, and ensure that passwords to any personal area on the Website (if such exists) are kept confidential and not disclosed to others.

4.4. However, you should be aware that browsing the internet is exposed to multiple risks, such as theft of identification details (phishing), exposure of unencrypted information, virus infection and eavesdropping on computer communications.

4.5. Using a computer that does not have an active and updated antivirus program or an updated operating system may expose you to infection by viruses and/or spyware that may record your actions or disrupt your work. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that no viruses infiltrate the computer used for your activity on the Website, by installing antivirus tools and updating them regularly.

4.6. Beware of fake emails or SMS messages – these are messages that appear to be sent on behalf of the Company and ask you to enter the Website and/or another site via a link in the message and provide or update your personal information, explaining that the update is required for reasons of security, system upgrades, etc. The link may lead to a site that perfectly imitates the Company’s official site. In this way, unauthorised parties attempt to obtain your personal information in order to access your accounts.

4.7. As a rule, the Company does not send emails and/or text messages requesting your login information such as username and password (if required to use the Website). If you do have a password for personal use of the Website, that password is confidential and intended for you alone. You must not disclose it to any employee of the operator or any third party. Any request to provide your password is fraudulent; you should ignore it and notify the Company immediately at:
aviv@eve-medics.com

  1. Aggregate and Non-Personal Information

The Company may use aggregate and non-personal information that it has collected in any of the circumstances described above. The Company may combine non-personal information it has collected with non-personal information obtained from other sources. The Company may also share aggregate information with third parties, including consultants, advertisers and investors, for the purpose of general business analysis. For example, the Company may report to its advertisers the number of visitors to the Website, popular characteristics and products, etc. Such information does not include any personal data and may be used to develop content and services that assist users and to tailor content and advertising.

  1. Direct Marketing

6.1. By using the Website systems, you consent to the Company or anyone on its behalf contacting you, including by electronic message, SMS or any other means or method.

6.2. You may at any time withdraw your consent and stop receiving marketing messages by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link included in any such message, or by contacting the Company as specified in this Policy below.

  1. Cookies

7.1. As stated in the Terms of Use, the Company uses “cookies” for purposes including authentication, adapting the Website to your preferences and collecting statistical information. Your prior consent is not required for such use.

7.2. Cookies are files stored on your computer’s hard drive that make it possible to collect information about your internet preferences and usage habits, such as preferred websites, areas of interest and more. The Company may use cookies to tailor the Website and its content to you and to improve your browsing experience.

7.3. If you do not wish the Company to collect information through the use of cookies, you can change your browser settings to delete existing cookies, prevent the creation of new cookies, or configure your browser to prompt you to accept or refuse each cookie. Refusing or disabling cookies may limit your ability to enjoy, or fully use, some interactive features of the Website.

7.4. The Website may also use third-party cookies – for example, Google cookies such as those used in Google Analytics, which help us customise your browsing experience. More information about these cookies can be found on Google’s website at:

  1. Links to Other Websites

The Website may contain links to other websites on the internet (the “Links”), which are not operated by the Company (the “Third-Party Sites”) and which have their own, different privacy policies.

  1. Limitation of Liability

The Company takes reasonable and customary measures to maintain the security of your personal information, in accordance with applicable law. However, it cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorised access or technical failures. The Company will not be liable for any damage incurred by you and/or anyone on your behalf as a result of use or inability to use the Website or from the transfer of information to third parties, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional violation of the law. Use of the Website is at your sole responsibility, and you agree that you and/or anyone on your behalf will have no claim or demand against the Company and/or anyone on its behalf, including its officers, shareholders and the like, in connection with the use of the Website, except as expressly provided above.

  1. Your Rights with Respect to the Information

10.1. Right of access and correction – Any person is entitled to review personal information about them (as defined in section 7 of the Law) held by the Company. To review such information, you must contact the Company, including via an online request on the Website. If it transpires that the information is not correct, complete or accurate, you are entitled to request its correction or deletion, and the Company will act in accordance with your request, provided there is no legal ground to refuse it. The Company will respond to your request within 30 (thirty) days of its receipt. This does not apply to information that is confidential by law, unless the confidentiality is for your benefit.

10.2. You are entitled to review, by yourself or through a person authorised by you in writing or through a legal guardian, the information about you held in the Company’s database. If, after such review, you find that the information is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or not up to date, you may request that the Company correct it.

10.3. For any question regarding this Privacy Policy, as well as requests to correct or delete information, you may contact us as specified in this Policy below.

10.4. You agree that the Company may prevent you from using the Website in case of violation of this Privacy Policy, as outlined above and below.

11.3. If any provision of this Privacy Policy is held by a competent court to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, then, to the extent so determined, that provision or the relevant part thereof shall be null and void, and this shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Privacy Policy.

11.4. The Company will not be liable for any damage of any kind, direct or indirect, caused to you or anyone on your behalf if any information about you is lost, accessed by a hostile party and/or used without authorisation.

11.5. Use of the Website and/or its systems will be subject to the updated Privacy Policy as amended from time to time; therefore, you must read the Privacy Policy each time you use the Website.
